Yse is the younger twin sister to Drysi. They were brought up in Corin until the age of six, then moved to S'Hea during Shattered Web with their parents when Y’Roden and Silverthorn ascended the throne.
It is on Whispin that she has spent most of her life. She has dealt fairly well with the breakup of her parents thus far, though she still has questions and worries like any normal child would in the situation. Her relationship with her stepmother is pleasant enough though, which makes things much easier.
With her brothers and sisters, she currently divides her time between her father's home in S'Hea and the Blackthorn Keep on Aerdon where her mother now lives. She is most often seen in the company of her twin sister and her half-brother, Rhagi, although the presence of other children in the Palace and Keep nurseries ensures that this is not completely exclusive.
