The Driel Insignia.
Located on Y'roden's left shoulder blade it is a symbol
of his rank in the D'riel heirarchy. The mark appears at birth,
the emeralds appearing only on those intended for the rank
of Crown Prince.
The emeralds are actually embedded right into Y'roden's skin,
though they do not cause him any pain and cannot be removed.
Battle Bond Tattoo
The Dragon on Y'Roden's left wrist is a Blood Battle Bond to the Black Dragon Emperor of the Diirlathe, Callan Blackthorn. The mark ties Callan into the D'Riel Web and allies the two Monarchs.
Quicksilver Tattoo: A faint marking below Ro's Navel, it is a mark he chose to have tattooed onto his skin out of love for Ghetsuhm Riker sometime after CrossOver.
Abdomen Scar: The mark carved into his flesh by Samara Mirage when she clamed Y'Roden as hers when he was twenty years old.
Scar on right shoulder: Arrow puncture, in Fragments Saliyah fired at Railen, the arrow peirced both men, nearly taking Railen through thet heart.
Scar down middle of abs: Scar left when B'Rodyn ran Ro through with the BastardSword during Scorched Earth Ro had asked him too, seeking to protect his family from the Demon within.
Father-Daughter Tattoo:
A panther lounging across a BastardSword marks Y'Roden's right collar bone. It marks the family bond between Ro and Shadow, father to daughter. The mark cross links them across the D'Riel Web and ties Ro into the Silverleaf Tapestry.
S'Hean Wedding CuffThe symbol of his marriage to Ghetsuhm, a Theaden Eternity symbol set with an Emerald and a Ruby to reflect the colors of their souls.
The scarab over Ro's heart is the symbol of his Soul-Merge with Ghetsuhm, and is identical to the one over hers. The beetle itself is a deep, iridescent indigo, the wings gold and it is holding the emerald D'Riel seal in its pinchers.
Silver Streak
A wound to the head left his particular mark on Ro, a streak of silver hair above his right ear. Below it he wears a long
thin braid in honor of Saliyah Mornay, and from it hangs a feather woven into it by Shadow Silverleaf, marking him as part of her family.
