Holo was born on the TIF's Terra (Earth), the son of a TIF Technician and a Medical Doctor. With two successful parents there were high expectations for him. He breezed through school, but was easily bored and distracted, more interested in his own random projects than following strict protocol.
His penchant for daydreaming and haring off on odd stints of technical creation earned him the nickname of Holo, short for Holosuite. You can fill out the joke there all by yourself.
To make a long story short, he avoided a career with the TIF, preferring odd jobs that captured his imagination and left him time for his own projects.
Holo has a history of alcohol and drug abuse, mostly stimulants to force his body to keep up with his every restless mind.
Holo is the 'fix-it' guy at Rikers. Something wrong with your Holosuite program? The replicator spitting out something unidentifiable, then Holo is the guy to call.
Present: At present, Holo is located on Whispin. Ghet summoned him there to help build the Corinian Gates and he hasn't left since.
