Whispin ... their creation. He is one of the Dark Court, the Nostan, his ambition, to take down those of the Nostin or Gods of Light. They are all siblings, the Dark and the Light ... but parted ways long ago. They differ in opinion on how to raise the races. Those of the light prefer education and choice, guidance and love. Those of the dark prefer chaos and brute strength. Unfortunately, their children have suffered for it.
Haldanuru seeks control of the Child of Light (Light's Hope aka An'Thaya D'Riel) Through her he could destroy the Gods of Light and rule eternal.
Haldanuru lives on the Eastern Continent in the area known as Aikanaro, or The Nine Hells. He lives in caverns deep beneath the surface in a place of flames and darkness. His followers surround him, bending to his every whim. They feed on being tortured and debased, living only for their God. In the City of Corin's Temple, his followers are not chosen, but choose to follow the dark path.
The flip side of Haldanuru is his purpose as the God of Death. He is the gateway to the next life, and thus is not truly evil. It is his lust for power and control that makes him dangerous, and his desire to see his siblings of the Light destroyed.
