Adri was born among the Nomads of the Obsidian Basin, and she was born with a gift. She is a SandShadow, a somewhat rare occurrence among the people of the Desert. Normally, she would have been trained in the ways of glass, jewellery, and horse breeding, but such was not to be.
As a small child, the Assassins Guild from Sargasso kidnapped her. Kept in a restraining collar, she was beaten and starved into submission until she accepted her fate, and finally, embraced it.
Adri was forged into a lethal weapon, her skills and personality moulded into an unfeeling killer. The target and the pay off are what she lives for, and the SandShadow takes pride in every successful job, she knows her trade, and does it well.
